French Paper Company features crumblediamonds' Art and Soul prints!

The two prints I designed and printed for the Art and Soul Festival in Oakland have been selected by the French Paper Company to be featured on their design blog http://www.frenchsampleroom.com/french_paper_sample_room/2010/10/french-paper-pop-tone-berrylicious-and-wild-cherry.html . These were the first two posters I chose to go on French paper and I am using their 100% green powered and USA made lines in many upcoming prints. Check them out! These prints are also available in my online store http://crumblediamonds.etsy.com

The Clientele ( Mini tour show prints )

Last week, I had the great honor to take my show prints to the Clientele's two Bay Area shows at the New Parish and the Independent. Both night's shows were terrific, I had seen the band play at the Great American Music Hall in 2007, supporting their "God Save the Clientele" album, and I never get tired of their lush sound and dreamy, reverby vocals. Special music geekery award goes to their well chosen encore cover of another favorite UK band, The Television Personalities, and big cheers to Mel and James from the band for hanging out by the merch table at Thursday's show.

Thank You!

A big thanks to all the people who stopped by the crumblediamonds booth yesterday and Saturday at Oakland's Art and Soul Festival. I was happy to see some old friends and make lots of new ones. I hella love Oakland!

Cake on the rock stage

This is the first time I have designed two posters for the same event, and printed them. It has been a really busy few weeks around the house. Loved the way this one turned out though. Also my first time using French Paper. This two color poster for Cake is on French's Poptone Wild Cherry. When in doubt, put it on red...

Hammer returns to Oakland

I designed this poster and silkscreened it in two colors for the Art and Soul Festival in downtown Oakland. MC Hammer headlined the first day of Art and Soul. Thanks to everyone who stopped by my booth and picked up a poster!
